McDonald's in Raisdorf

Apart from Corona, the food is well done and it is also fresh, therefore 5th star!

Good organization, quick processing despite a long queue in the McDrive. It's quick with the order app. Order could be put together more carefully. One time a mayo was missing, the other time there was one french fry too many.

Today it was very restless and apparently it took some effort to be friendly.

It's already open 👍🏻 You can order Mc Drive, as well as inside. However, you can only enter individually and you have to pay by card at this self-service terminal. You also get help if you don't know your way around like I do! 😊 Then you have to wait outside the door for your meal, it went very quickly. I only made this experience because I thought you couldn't pay with a debit card at the Mc Drive ... but you can👍🏻😊

It gets better there are not so many things missing

Totally unfriendly service, my sister was inside and wanted to scan something in the terminal, couldn't manage it and asked for help and was first sent out. Then I scanned in an order at the appointment and wanted to place a separate order, the second order didn't work and instead of having me try again I was sent outside. Juice shop.

Unfortunately, the IM Schwentinenthal branch is completely overcrowded with people, and the employees don't really keep up with the order process, which is not nice when one person gets his meal and the other has to wait 15 minutes even though they order at the same time ... General I don't find the branch very appealing on the whole.

The Corona distance rules are not enforced by the staff in any way. You have to keep asking other customers about it, without success.

Although there was no traffic, waited a relatively long time at the drive in counter. Food ok.

Nicely furnished and nice conditions .. unfortunately the children can no longer play there ... Which is a criterion for me not to go there anymore.

Fast and delicious food, just McDonald's 😋 But as an exception, you can also go there to eat 😄

McDonalds has changed a lot .. ☹️ I think it's great that they reduce the plastic in the branch, but I don't think it's okay that there are now wooden spoons with ice cream that are sharp-edged and have splinters. 🙁 Then they also have new paper straws that dissolve and soften after a short time in the drink and also in the mouth. Big minus! On my burger I had a thick salad drink, which is absolutely impossible and was really unsavory. For dessert I bought a blueberry muffin that was rock hard and I couldn't eat it at all. Dear McDonalds team .. what do you do with your muffins? Why are they ALWAYS so tough ?! P.s .: if you want to reduce your plastic waste, why are the plastic forks shrink-wrapped in plastic?

Even though I fully understand that protecting the mouth and nose is exhausting, the shift supervisor should make sure that it is worn correctly and not just covering the mouth. People pat themselves on the back for a good job (usually a great gesture) The food is still only LaLa. Sold out, cool (old), slow. What a shame

Whenever I'm in Raisdorf, I eat here. The staff is friendly and the service is good. No long wait, everything freshly prepared and the dishes are still warm. The Corona concept is implemented well and the distance rules are adhered to better than anywhere else

Everything was fine. The corona measures are being implemented well. There was a completely new employee at the checkout, she said it right at the beginning of the order so that we would know. At her side was a colleague who helped immediately if she didn't know something. Worked very well. The preparation of the order went quickly as hoped, everything was there and also warm. 😀 Overall, the entire restaurant was very clean.

Since I was severely disappointed with a competitor in the immediate vicinity a few days ago, I returned to McD after months. What can I say? I'm pleasantly surprised! Although it was not so crowded, the process from ordering to issuing went smoothly or without waiting. The terminals for ordering and paying are very easy to use. The team behind the counter was very friendly. Finally I felt comfortable again. It was very clean there and it was kept clean at all times. I'm happy to come back! I loved it!

Bathrooms very dirty. It's a busy place though so to be expected. Tons of kids at this location and dogs are permitted inside. I recommend you have both on leashes if not properly trained ;)

I have never seen such a slow McDonald's it's was crazy slow.food was ok not much care put into food.

The electronic self-service with touchpad is practical and uncomplicated. This system is easy to understand. The food was brought to the table in a short time and the staff is friendly. Everything looks very modern and clean. In addition, even partially on the tables fresh flowers. The Big Vegan TS was really delicious! Recommended, I was very satisfied!

In short, you can go there, but only if you have little time and want to eat something quickly.
